Newcomers To Grand Prairie Bible are encouraged to join a Flock (one of our small groups) and observe other ministries of the church before beginning the membership process. After attending the church for six months, and expressing an interest in membership, one is given a church constitution. After reading over the constitution, the attender(s) will then be visited in their home by two elders for a membership interview. The couple or individual will be asked to provide a written testimony prior to the interview and then will be asked if they have questions related to the church constitution & doctrinal statement. The interviewee will be asked about any skills or gifts that they might contribute to the body of GPBC. Shortly after the interview, the individual or couple is introduced in front of the church as members.
